Kado NW, located in downtown Portland’s Northwest District, is a 220,000 SF 7-story mixed-use development. The mid-rise contains 196 residential apartments ranging from studios to three bedroom units, and 9,067 sq ft of ground level retail space. The project was awarded 3rd place in 2021 by the DJC Oregon in multifamily and mixed-use construction.

Scope Performed

• Installation of all hollow metal doors, interior doors, sliding barn doors, bypass doors, and door hardware.
• Installation of all interior finish grade millwork.
• Installation of all Division 10 specialties - bike racks, bathroom accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, mailboxes, wire shelving.
• Installation of all unit mud benches.
• Supply and installation of exterior bench elements.
• Supply and installation of custom exterior wood trellis system.
