The Arbory

The Arbory is a 354,000 square foot project consisting of four buildings, featuring a combination of wood framing and steel over post-tensioned concrete podiums. Two large four-story, and two three-story buildings house 276 residential units ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms.

Scope Performed

• Installation of all hollow metal doors, interior doors, and door hardware.
• Installation of all interior finish grade millwork.
• Installation of all Division 10 specialties - bike racks, bathroom accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, wire shelving, postal specialties.
