The Portland Astoria

The Portland Astoria is a 20 story, 348-unit, high-rise development in downtown Portland. The project includes an expansive sixth floor outdoor patio space surrounded by a resident library, conference room, high-tech fitness center, and a 3,200 square foot rooftop terrace. The project was awarded 2nd place in 2022 by the DJC Oregon in multifamily and mixed-use construction.

Scope Performed

• Installation of all hollow metal doors, interior doors, bifold doors, sliding barn doors, pocket doors, and door hardware.
• Installation of all interior finish grade millwork.
• Installation of all Division 10 specialties - bike racks, bathroom accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets and knox boxes.
