District Office is an innovative 6-story, 90,400 SF office building located in Portland's Central Eastside. Located on a half-block site, the development includes a level of underground parking, ground floor retail and five floors of office space. Featuring sustainable, regionally manufactured CLT floors and glulam timber framing over post-tensioned concrete, the project received the Portland Design Commission Design Excellence Award in 2018.

Scope Performed

• Installation of hollow metal doors, interior doors, sliding barn doors, and door hardware.
• Installation of finish grade millwork.
• Installation of Division 10 specialties - bike racks, bathroom accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets and knox boxes.
