Senior Estimating Manager
Joshua Anderson
Joshua works with the estimating team to ensure competitive and accurate proposals get sent out to our clients and potential clients. He helps to standardize the estimating processes and procedures to create more efficient, accurate, and clear estimates/proposals. He tracks all proposals and solicits feedback from clients. Joshua helps manage ongoing projects by reviewing schedules, contracts, contract changes, document changes, design changes, etc. He also works with the management team to streamline internal procedures, communications, and processes.
Joshua began his construction career 10 years ago as a Project Engineer and has completed coursework in building sciences. A natural problem solver, he joined the All Trades team in 2019 as an Estimator and Project Manager.
Joshua is a father of four and appreciates time with his kids. He enjoys the outdoors including camping, hiking, biking, trail running, river trekking, and concerts.
