Deanna Zona
Deanna plays a vital and complex role at All Trades. She works with her team in HR to provide our employees with seamless onboarding, benefit and payroll processing. She functions as a contract administrator for insurance requirements, safety documentation, monthly billings, and change order processing. She manages the Accounts Payable Department, creating relationships with our vendors, assuring timely payments and negotiating vendor terms and conditions. In conjunction with the Safety Coordinator, Deanna ensures that we remain in compliance with all safety programs and documentation. Fundamentally, Deanna maintains administrative tasks and works with all other ATGC departments to ensure they are best equipped to successfully perform their roles in the company.
Growing up as the daughter of a veteran HVAC contractor, construction has played an intrinsic part in Deanna’s life. For the first 15 years of her career, she managed all facets of office administration in the family business. From this experience, Deanna took a position as construction administrator for both a prominent refrigeration company and a tenant improvement interior design GC before landing at All Trades.
Deanna loves a good book, cooking, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
