Project Manager / Production Manager
As Project Manager, Bill is the main point of contact for our clients. He knows the details of each project intimately and is able to provide answers to, or information on, all aspects of the job. As Production Manager, he is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of manpower, giving him an up to the moment understanding of how our teams are meeting job site schedules. Additionally, Bill is involved in the hiring process, employee reviews, and monthly billing.
With over 35 years of finish carpentry, construction superintendent, and project management experience, Bill brings his skilled perspective and a dash of friendly humor to the All Trades team. His extensive background in a wide range of trade skills allows him to predict potential project pitfalls, keeping projects running on time, to spec and on budget.
A northwest native, Bill enjoys fishing, traveling, and spoiling all of his 12 grandkids.
