Bella serves as the Administrative Manager at All Trades General Contractors, overseeing all administrative, HR, payroll, compliance, and office operations for the company. She leads and coordinates internal processes across departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency company-wide.
In her role, Bella manages employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, timekeeping compliance, and internal policy documentation. She also oversees contract and project administration, including insurance and lien compliance, safety documentation, billing coordination, and change order tracking, while supporting accounts payable processes and vendor coordination.
Working closely with company leadership, project management, accounting, and field teams, Bella ensures regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth project execution. She is known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to streamline complex workflows through process improvement and standardized procedures.
Outside of work, Bella enjoys cooking and baking, creative writing, music, and spending time with family and friends. She brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-focused approach to everything she does—both professionally and personally.
